IOS provide Clarion with customised ribbons to pull together all our templates, precedent documents, business information, logos, house style configuration as well as a printing solution to centralise all our printing requirements.
More recently, IOS have created a secure system to allow support teams to add a lawyer’s signature to documents. Working with strict controls, a (wet look) signature can be added to a document by a secretary, on behalf of a lawyer. Clarion worked closely with IOS to control access to individual signatures as there were obvious security concerns having them available on a computer-based system.
As Clarion have become more technology dependant, our requirements have evolved. With the introduction of iManage Cloud, IOS needed to adapt their ribbon and printing solutions to work with this new cutting-edge platform. IOS worked closely with Clarion IT, external consultants, and the managed service provider to ensure the systems went in on time and worked as expected. IOS are extremely knowledgeable on Microsoft and toolbar technology within Word and Outlook specifically, they also have a deep understanding of the needs of a modern law firm and are extremely helpful, friendly, understanding, and probably most important where I’m concerned - patient!”
