Designed around a core of tried and tested VBA macros, each implementation of IOS Print Menu is customised to meet the specific needs of your business.
The example shown here is impemented in a 70 user law firm where there are three main paper types in use - pre-printed letter head, bond paper for continuation and engrossments plus plain copier paper for drafts and file copies. They also print on A3 paper.
The firm has a number of multi-bin, networked black and white printers and colour copiers from a range of different manufacturers.

Duplex printing
IOS PrintMenu automatically detects track changes (markup) and comments in a document, even if they are not displayed, and defaults to including them with the printout. Alternatively users can choose to print the list of tracked changes separately or exclude them altogether.
