Designed around a core of tried and tested VBA macros, each implementation of IOS Print Menu is customised to meet the specific needs of your business.
The example shown here is impemented in a 70 user law firm where there are three main paper types in use - pre-printed letter head, bond paper for continuation and engrossments plus plain copier paper for drafts and file copies. They also print on A3 paper.
The firm has a number of multi-bin, networked black and white printers and colour copiers from a range of different manufacturers.

Single sided
Duplex printing
Automatically select paper trays for double-sided printing. The Bill/Credit note option duplexes the first two pages of the document (figures & Solicitors’ Remuneration Order) and prints the remainder (narrative) single sided. A complete top copy of the bill is printed for the client, plus watermarked file and Accounts copies and a Remittance Advice with the firm’s return address correctly positioned to fit in a window envelope.
